Leisure Center Rental Fee is $235.00 per rental.
The
$235.00 consists of $100.00 security deposit and $135.00 rental fee.
Your $100.00 security deposit must be received within 72 hours of your
reservation or the reservation is cancelled. The remainder of the
money, the $135.00 rental fee,must be received at least 15days prior to
the function. Leisure Center and Security Deposit Check must be a Box
Hill Resident check. Only a A Box Hill Resident may rent out the
Leisure Center. Rentals are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's.
The
Leisure Center holds 73 persons per fire marshall code. There are 13 -
6' long tables and about 70 chairs. There is a wood burning fire stove
and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and oven. We do not
supply any pots, pans or utensils. We do supply trash bags and all
cleaning supplies. The premises must be left clean and/or with no
damages to get your $100.00 security deposit returned.
